All member questions need to be directed to the General Questions or Title Questions.
Sending member questions to any other contact email will result in a delay of an answer,
as the email will need to be forwarded.
Do not send any questions to the webmaster -
your answer will be delayed as it will need to be forwarded to CPE.
Emails are usually answered within 1-5 days of receipt,
except on weekends -
